Returns Refund Cancellation

Any return/refund will not be accepted if the ordered tyres is already fitted to your vehicle. If the delivered goods are found to be defective after installation, the customers can order and pay for a replacement product from us. We will return the defective product to the manufacturer, and if it is confirmed to be defective, we will refund the cost of the replacement product in full. We will only be liable for the replacement of the defective product.

Any cancellation will not be possible after the order confirmation has been received. Refunds and cancellation in such cases will only be possible with a written agreement, stating that the customer will pay in full for any loss of profit, material cost, labour cost, damages and any other kind of charge incurred by Cross Road MOT and Tyres because of the customer’s cancellation.

The customer will not hold Cross Road MOT and Tyres responsible for any return or shipping costs. In case of returns, the customer will need to return the tyres at their own expense. This applies to all the customers who return the tyres within 14 days post-delivery date. Following distance selling regulation, Cross Road MOT and Tyres will not ask the customer to pay any restocking and administration charges. You can contact Cross Road MOT and Tyres for accurate return costs as it varies from tyre sizes, location and specifications.

Any refunds to the customer will be at the discretion of Cross Road MOT and Tyres. If a refund is granted to the customer at the discretion of Cross Road MOT and Tyres, the costs incurred in procuring the refund will be borne by the customer and not Cross Road MOT and Tyres.
